If your order has arrived but you have received the wrong products, we will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may entitle you to a refund.

Fragrance Samples are Final Sale and CAN NOT be returned.

Final Sale Items: All of our products are marked as "Final Sale," indicating that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for final sale items.
