Orders within the UK

Order fulfilment may take up to 3 business days. If you are based in the UK, you should expect your order within 5 business days. However, this is just an approximate, and not always guaranteed.

International Orders

If you are ordering internationally, (outside of the UK), you should expect your order within 7 business days. Once again, this is just an approximate, and not always guaranteed. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and custom clearances imposed by the destination country.

If import charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us or refused, any return shipping costs, custom fees, and original shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund. Please see our refund policy section for more information regarding refunds and returns.
