Refunds / Returns

If your order has arrived but you have received the wrong products, we will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may entitle you to a refund. 

However,

We DO NOT take returns on Fragrance Decants due to it being very easy for the customer to tamper with the fragrance.

Fragrance Decants are Final Sale and CAN NOT be returned.

Final Sale Items: ALL of our products are marked as "Final Sale," indicating that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for final sale items.

This statement makes it explicit that specific items fall under the Final Sale category and sets the expectation that returns or refunds will not be accepted for these items.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they have not been dispatched. However, a 10% cancellation fee will occur, and shipping cannot be refunded.
